We have created just under 3 hours of brand new content for you to help you on your Weight Loss journey but by making it immediately available to you as soon as you join, it is up to you to plan out how you engage with that material.
At the core of the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge is a 120 day programme where you apply the principles from the online materials and use the tools and resources.
The key principles of the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge focus on mindset and behaviour. While we recommend some dietary changes and some movement, there is not a set food plan or exercise regime. We do not ask you to fast, to put undue stress on your body or to take extreme measures at any time.
If you do have health concerns, however, it would be wise to ask your health care professional if the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge is suitable for you.
There are a number of Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge Resources which we will give you. Some of these are included in your initial joining fee while others, such as the Mi365 Weight Loss Journal and the Mi365 Cookbook, are sold separately.
Yes. The Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge encourages you to move more than you do presently, but that is relative to your current situation. As you become slimmer, fitter and healthier you will find your energy levels and mobility should increase.
With your membership you will be given access to the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge Facebook Group where you will be able to share your journey with others also taking the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge. Your coach, Pete Cohen, will broadcast live in the Group. There will also be additional support provided through the Facebook group and added to the Membership site.
