&lt;p&gt;Not only has she lost 28 pounds but &amp;nbsp;has become a much fitter and healthier lady. In addition her weight loss gave her the confidence to tackle her phobia of flying.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sue is a member of my health club and approached me, asking for help her to overcome &amp;nbsp;her phobia. I&apos;ve spent years helping people conquer their fears and phobias and it was a great pleasure to help her. See how she got in the video below.&lt;/p&gt;
