Leslie's Gravatar hmmm...I am totally into this but, sadly, I am tech-illiterate and don't have an MP3. I have an iPod and would LOVE some nighttime relaxation music (am just getting into biofeedback and I love it.) I'll check this out for sure - thanks for the tip!

Pete's Gravatar Dear Leslie, your iPod *is* your MP3 player... just follow the link above, download the MP3 to your desktop, or somewhere, then transfer it to your iPod.. (sorry i can't get more detailed than that - but it is possible!) ;-)
