Mike's Gravatar The number of personal weight loss tracking blogs has exploded over the last 12 months. The actual eating and exercise is simply part of the weight loss process - getting good, positive feedback really gives you the determination you need to carry on (especially in this day of fad diets).

Pete's Gravatar Hi Mike, it's quite a phenomenon innit! We're just about to launch our own blogs for our members... What's really interesting is that some of these people who start out writing a Journal/Blog/Diary - whatever you call it - end up becoming 'famous' bloggers... really great! :)
