Make 2008 the year that you finally break the habits that are holding you back, conquer your fears, smash through those limiting beliefs and learn the techniques to help you to create the life you want!

I'm working with The School of Personal & Professional Development who invite you to attend my amazing one day workshop called “SORT YOUR LIFE OUT”

I've already helped thousands of people to create the life they want, through television work (GMTV's resident Life Coach and motivator for the past 6 years), working with sport stars (Ronnie O’Sullivan, Sally Gunnell, Ellen Macarthur, Arsenal Football Club) and corporate seminars (IBM, Royal Bank of Scotland, BAA, Thomas Cook). Now I'm teaching these same techniques and principles in Central London on 21st June – at a price that only just covers my expenses!

Admission is normally £99 +VAT for the day, but if you register before 12th May you can snap up one of our specially reserved half-price tickets …. Just £49 +VAT! At this price, I'm only looking to cover my venue costs. This has to be the most valuable seminar that anyone could attend if they really want to make 2008 a year to remember.

Inch Loss Island - Spring Update

Our Inch-Loss-Ladies are back for a quick update. They're all doing really well and have stuck with the programme. Excellent job, Well done girls!

"Still doing really well and your programme is really helping as it offers me structure and keeps me positive and motivated. I have lost 21 pounds and loads of inches. I know I have turned a corner and that I will never put this weight back on again."
Karen Benford

"I have lost 20lbs following your programme and an amazing 46 inches in total. I'm still going to the gym and also I've just started power walking for 30mins at lunchtime and hope to do that 3 times a week."
Karen Parker

"Pete's  programme is really  working for me.  I have lost 22 pounds at the moment and am still losing weight. It's  not always been easy and i do try not to be too hard on myself as we all learn from our mistakes.  I often go back and look at my journey and realise how well i am doing and feeling better in myself. With Pete's programme I will not only lose the weight but I know I'll keep it off."
Gail

Karen

Yesterday at the gym at 6.30 am. Resistance first then cardio. Quite enjoying early morning exercise. I feel invigorated for the day. Lots of messages of support from my work friends and patients. Continued support from my loved ones. Followed Amanda's nutrition plan throughout the day and not missing any foods. Ate at friends last night - baked salmon and stir fried veggies - delicious. Suddenly became very tired and found it difficult to keep my eyes open when driving home. Really wanted caffeine but refrained and slept like a baby. I feel pretty good and really motivated.

Inch Loss Island - Back on the Mainland

Well it’s Friday and Inch Loss Island has come to an end. Our recruits have done so well, not only losing weight but also loads of inches!

Gail

Lost a total of 15½ inches
On her hips she was 53 inches - now 49 inches
She’s gone down three dress sizes

Kaz
Lost 9 pounds
Lost a total of 14½ inches
On her waist she was 54 and is now 49 inches
She's gone down nearly 3 dress sizes

Karen
Lost 10 pounds
Lost 13½ inches
She lost 4 inches off her chest
She has gone down 2 dress sizes

It has been such a pleasure to work with them as they where really up for it. The real challenge starts now as they return to the real world. We will keep in touch with them and support them as best as we can. GMTV plan for us to go back and see them in May so watch this space.

It has also been fab working with personal trainer Mark Anthony and Nutritionist, Amanda Hamilton. We have formed a great team and plan to work together to inspire people to lose weight, get fit, increase their energy and live the dream. We are planning to do a workshop together in London in May. I will keep you all informed.

Thanks for all your support this week

Inch Loss Island - Karate-stylee

It’s the fourth day of Inch Loss and what a great time we’ve had. I am sure our three girls have lost weight and inches. They look great, their fitness levels have gone through the roof, and the day detox they did has given them a whole load of energy. The session they did with Anton De Beke was so funny but not as funny as getting me to do the dance with them live on GMTV yesterday. I just hope no one saw me as I was trying to hide at the back.

Yesterday saw me do some dynamic karate style board breaking on GMTV. I then got our three recruits to have a go but only Kazza was able to break it. Gail and Karen failed but their determination was great and after the show they had another go where they succeeded. This was filmed and will be shown live on GMTV today. It was all a good exercise for them because just like in the real world; we don’t always get results when we try things for the first time.

Many peoples attitudes affect the results they get and all too often when people fail at something, they give up. I believe the exercise will benefit our ladies because when they return to the real world I am sure there will be days when things don’t work out and they feel like giving up.  I think our ladies won’t because they know that in order to win, you need to learn to get comfortable with making mistakes as success is on the other side failure.

Amanda Hamilton, Mark Anthony and myself have become great friends and love working together so much so that we have decided to run some events together in the future to inspire people to lose weight and improve their health.  Watch this space and I will let you know where and when these events will take place as you might like to attend.

Take care everybody

Inch Loss Island - Strictly Come Detox

Well, it’s day 2 and our recruits haven’t had a moment to themselves as, once again, they were woken up at 5am for an early morning workout.

They appear to be doing well - but they are being tested. Today, they are going through a detox; only having fruit juices and some vegetable broth. Rather them then me! But it’s not a bad thing, as their bodies will benefit from not having to deal with some of the foods they're accustomed to eating.

They are in for a surprise this afternoon as Anton Du Beke, who was Kate Garraway’s dancing partner in Strictly Come Dancing is here to teach our recruits how to ballroom dance. They don’t know how lucky they are!

Is it just me, or does Karen look like she's enjoying this?

Until Tomorrow,
Take care, Pete

Inch Loss Island - How fit is Amanda?

It’s only day one and already emotions have run high. First off we had technical problems today that stopped us showing any of Inch Loss live. But, what can you do? Technology never works perfectly... all we can do is hope that tomorrow runs more smoothly.

Our recruits were woken up at 5 this morning for a fitness session, it’s now 6pm and they're sooo tired, but still smiling. Karen from Scotland has been really upset today as she finally accepted what she has done to herself over the years. I had a heart-to-heart with her and she got pretty upset. I know though, that this is a good thing, because she's facing up to herself and allowing the stored negative emotions to come out.

They are great girls and I am sure they will do really well.

The experts have been working-out together... we have just finished a run around the island. How fit are Doctor Hilary and Amanda Hamilton? I tell you - VERY FIT!

Until tomorrow, Take care. Pete
