A big welcome to the Mamavation Mums from America

Hi guys

Can we give a big warm welcome to some fantastic moms  from America, (we say mums). They are all apart of great campaign called Mamavation, that was created by my good friend Leah Segedie. 

Mamavation is a social experiment and weight loss campaign. It's  an opportunity for American moms to change their lives together by entering into a 7 week healthy living boot camp created to give them the tools they need to succeed.

I am apart of their team and will be helping many of these mums. I have been given the official title of,  Mamavation Sisterhood Weight Loss Coach.  A number of these moms  will be following my 28 day weight loss programme, www.petecohen.tv,

Don't Bother With New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year to you all.

Member of the Month is Pauline

 

 

Our member of the month this month is Pauline.  She has done so well and I am so proud of her. 

 

In her own words

 

I have never believed in diets and never seen anyone really benefit from them in the long run, so I have never been one to yoyo.

 

I have on the other hand seen being slim as only possible with a great deal of denial and intense drive. I stopped starving myself some years ago and accepted my new weight as it was and thought that was the way forward for me.

 

I was much happier with myself but it left me feeling afraid to try and lose any weight for fear or returning to my old life style. I love the way your programme takes the pressure off. It has enabled me to know myself so much better and work with the person I truly am.

 

I feel so much more relaxed with myself and enjoy the feeling of being in control without being `controlling`, if that makes sense. When I first started the programme I wrote that I wanted to be slimmer, fitter and in to be in control..

 

Guess what? With this programme you really get what you wish for. I actually am beginning to feel very proud of myself for what I have achieved and I only have you to thank for that.I really feel like I have found myself.

 

My latest achievement and something I am really getting to grips with is being relaxed and believing in myself to know that this new me is for keeps. I do belive that knowledge is a powerful thing and the application of it makes a person wise..

 

This programme gives you the secret of yourself and how you think and why.

 

A huge thank you Pete. You truly know your stuff and how you teach it is what makes you special. You make it possible for each individual to believe in themselves and grow to their potential.

Member of the Month for June

Hi everyone 

I am very pleased to reveal our member of the month for June.

Six Week Summer Challenge

Hi everyone

Let me please ask you a question, “What do you think you could achieve in six weeks? Is it possible that you could break some habits and become even healthier, fitter and slimmer?

Petecohen.tv has gone from strength to strength and we now have more and more success stories and a great community of bloggers who are all positively supporting each other.

I know that people can achieve so much in this time frame and are likely to do it, if they do it with others, and are supported along the way.

With this in mind, I want to personally invite you on a challenge that will start on the 15th of June. It’s a Summer challenge to get slimmer, fitter and healthier in six weeks.

What this will involve is getting as many people to start the programme from day one on Monday 15th of June and to go through the 21 days twice. I would encourage you to blog as much as you can using your on-line journal, as you allow yourself to support and be supported by others.

Lets make this Summer special, where we are all feel better about ourselves, have more energy and look great. I personally dare you to do this, whether you’ve never completed the whole programme or you’ve been through it lots of time. Even if you don’t want to follow the 21 days, you could still decide some tools to use and just go for it.
