Member of the Month

Sue is our first member of the month for 2010.

Not only has she lost 28 pounds but  has become a much fitter and healthier lady. In addition her weight loss gave her the confidence to tackle her phobia of flying.

Sue is a member of my health club and approached me, asking for help her to overcome  her phobia. I've spent years helping people conquer their fears and phobias and it was a great pleasure to help her. See how she got in the video below.

Don't Bother With New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year to you all.

I  hope this year is a great one for you and you are happier, slimmer, fitter and healthier. Please have a listen to my new pod cast below, called, "Don't Bother With New Years Resolutions".
