It's Christmas time and there's no need to stuff your face

 Hi everyone

Please have a look at my new film called "That was the week that was". In this film I discuss some of the things that have caught my eye this week, including some of of pctv members blogs. I  also give some advice on how to keep focused during the festive period.

 Here are the links that are mentioned in the above film;

BikerB's Gravatar Great Pete!!! I'm gonna wake up Jan 1st, yeah maybe eaten more than I needed, but not stuffed. I will embrace the new year with determination and positivity.
I have a foot operation on Jan 15th so will be laid up 6-8 weeks, it's killing me to know I cant run, but I'll be back!!!
Just wondered, why do you do you live courses on Tuesdays? That's the only day I cant make! Even tho I no longer need to lose weight, I'd love to be part of this.
Thanks Pete for all you do for us.
Much love BikerB x

Sandie's Gravatar Good evening Pete
Thank you for the short film - some good reminders there. I will only be stuffing a goose over Christmas: I wont be stuffing me.
regards Sandie

Becky's Gravatar Great video- very inspirational. I have been trying to lose weight now for the past 2 months. I followed a great diet plan, found in Janice Stanger's book titled, "The Perfect Formula Diet: How to Lose Weight and Get Healthy Now with Six Kinds of Whole Foods." I was going to the gym daily...I was doing very well and then this week I came down with a terrible cold- which threw me out of my routine. Although I am disappointed in myself, I plan to get back on the wagon beginning tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestions and motivation.

This is the first time I have heard anything about you and would be very interested in joining your group- or since I know absolutely nothing about blogging, I might just stop by and catch some of your tips.

Cristina's Gravatar The plan for me is to continue with the tools of exercise, drinking 2L water a day, eating consciously and slowly, chewing well, not overfilling the plate etc. and a good walk after the meal of course! I've finally reached the point where the tools you have given us Pete are finally ingrained!

What has really worked for me with Pete's program is that when I have a wobbly couple of days eating whatever comes my way, I KNOW that I will get back on track again and again and again without wasting energy on negative emotions such as guilt or disappointment. Just KNOWING that the blogging is there if needed is invaluable. The day I stopped thinking about losing weight but just did my best to put into practise all the tools of the program was when I started to lose the weight (now lost over a stone as well as being much fitter, stronger, flexible and kinder to myself).

Wishing everyone all the best in our efforts to not stuff our faces over this Xmas period. X

Sally's Gravatar Thanks Pete, I always struggle at this time of year, what with parties and my partner being able to eat anything without putting on a lb. My problem is I have a weakness for mince pies and christmas cake - I love your suggestions, I will keep a diary of my eating and want to start the new year feeling positive and have actually lost weight.

Blosom's Gravatar Thanks Pete, I haven't blogged for a while partly because I have been so busy but also because I have felt down and didn't want to depress other people.
But will go and blogg now and see if I can feel more myself.

Beth's Gravatar Thanks for this video Pete.

I will be singing this little song of yours to myself, every time I am tempted to stuff my face, which I know I will be, surrounded by all the extra food around at this time of year.
