Blosom's Gravatar The down side of this video is I couldn't hear it very well and this is such an important message, they should be shouting it out loud.
The difference this programme makes is fantastic, To me the most important thing Pete teaches is to be relaxed around food and by doing this you learn to rule your eating and if you get stresed you don't turn straight to food.
I have been dieting for most of my life and have always felt deprived. But this isn't a diet it's a way of life and in 6 months I can honestly say I have never felt deprived because if I want something I eat it ,but slowly and only if I am hungry and this DOES work as I have lost one and a half stone in the 6 months.

Annie's Gravatar Thank you Pete and to all fantastic folks going on this journey who all help each other out. This programme works for everyone - it teaches in a very caring way how to trust yourself (and love yourself) to make the right choices for you.

It's like having a university of knowledge, wisdom of experience, support with the blogs, support with the daily coaching, expert advice with the podcasts - did I mention exercise classes too :)

babsybabe's Gravatar I agree with Blosom (not about the audio though - I could hear it perfectly well)...I have learned to relax around food. I have completely decrimilised it and eat whatever I feel like eating, whenever I feel like eating it - the big change is that what I feel like eating is almost invariably food that will bring health and vitality and when I feel like eating it is almost always only when I am hungry these days. It has become second nature to me to consider health rather than weightloss - I haven't felt a second's deprivation and haven't even thought about bingeing in months. I don't need to anymore, because I already feel great.

A short yoga practice has become an almost daily occurrence, the dog is better exercised than ever before and I've recently even started a walk/run programme...and am loving it.

After months (actually it's probably more like years) of having really low energy levels, I'm seeing a real difference in the last few weeks...I think it's the running that for me has been the breakthrough in that respect.

I really can't thank Pete and his programme enough. To have lost a stone and a half is fantastic (there's more to go, but I know it'll drop off in good time)...but petecohen.tv is about much more than that. It has completely changed my life and I know for certain that I'll never go back to my old ways and will definitely never ever go on another diet.

Oh, and I can't forget to mention the support of the Petettes on the blogs!

PP's Gravatar I can only really echo what the girls have already said but for me to have a relaxed attitude around food is something I have been striving for, for years and ony found through Pete`s programme.
This is such a lovely video as it reflects the health and happiness and all the things you `gain` on this programme.. No one wants to be a `loser`, hey Pete!
