petecohen.tv Weight Loss Challenge 2009

Read about Annie's amazing weight loss success...

Hi there, and welcome to this special New Year Weight Loss Challenge 2009 that helps to celebrate the 20-year mark for me in my work; helping people get slimmer, fitter and healthier.

This challenge will run for six months, to July 2009. This is not only an optimum amount of time to lose a considerable amount of weight but, more importantly, to break the habits that will prevent your weight coming back on.

My Programme - petecohen.tv

My weight loss programme is not just about weight loss but also about getting stronger, fitter and healthier. It's also about you conquering the dieting trap so you no longer have unhealthy issues with food and your weight.

As you probably know, the main part of my programme is a 21-day series of video-coaching sessions. Yet the Challenge is for six months, so we strongly encourage you to go through the programme a least three of four times. There is so much material in the 21 days and you, like many others who have been through the programme numerous times, will find that you learn new things every time you go through it.

There are nine tools in the programme and after six months you might have used them all and perhaps even developed your own.

Win 6 months of FREE Life Coaching with Pete!

There is a competitive element to the Weight Loss Challenge 2009 that you are invited to get involved in. We are offering six months free life coaching to the person we feel has changed the most, as well as lifetime membership to PCTV. The winner will not necessarily be the person who has lost the most weight, but rather the person who has made the most positive changes and is slimmer, fitter and healthier. We will be announcing the winner in July this year... so you can start the programme anytime this year before July to be in with a chance of winning.

If you want enter this competitive part of the challenge then we require before and after pictures of yourself. You'll need to send your 'before' picture to us, ideally on the day you start the challenge, to info@petecohen.tv.

When should I start?

Over a hundred members started the programme at Day 1 together on the 5th of Jan, since then more and more new members are signing up every day and taking part.

REMEMBER, you can start whenever you want!
But it’s essential to start when:

  1. You are more than familiar with the programme
  2. When you know what tools you are going to use
  3. You feel positive and  ready to change

Member's Journals Blog

I highly recommend using your on-line weight-loss journal to share your progress with others, this provides a huge supportive element to the programme. In addition we will be providing you with regular emails and pod-casts to keep you motivated and positive during your time on the programme. (You are never just left to your own devices!) Check out what our members are doing right now on the weight-loss journals blog

smiler's Gravatar I have been lacking motivation and think this is just the encouragement I need. I am looking forward to starting at the same time as others and sharing our experiences. I will also try to take part in the blogging this time (I'm not very confident at this and I tend to prattle on a bit).

Roll on 5th January 2009.

Challenge For Weight Loss's Gravatar You have to change your habit and lifestyle a little bit when you are trying to maintain your weight. You will need to eat good food. You will also need to eat the right servings. You may want to ask for smaller plates so that you will not be eating too much.

Ann Carter's Gravatar Yesterday my husband and I went to see Pete in London at his Sort Your Life Out seminar. It was a fantastic experience and I came away full of enthusiasm and eager to put in place everything I had learnt.

Pete mentioned his weight loss website, and so today I decided to take a look and see what was on offer.

So much information and full of inspiration that despite my 56 years of age I've decided that it's never too late to dump the flab.

I know that with the motivation, the great tips and the advice on offer that I will shift this middle age spread before it shifts me into a weigh I don't want to be!

I will be joining up and look forward to the support, encouragement and Pete's expertise in the coming weeks.
