Yesterday at the gym at 6.30 am. Resistance first then cardio. Quite enjoying early morning exercise. I feel invigorated for the day. Lots of messages of support from my work friends and patients. Continued support from my loved ones. Followed Amanda's nutrition plan throughout the day and not missing any foods. Ate at friends last night - baked salmon and stir fried veggies - delicious. Suddenly became very tired and found it difficult to keep my eyes open when driving home. Really wanted caffeine but refrained and slept like a baby. I feel pretty good and really motivated.










Tracey I am so happy that you feel inspired by our Inch Loss ladies. It's music to my ears that some people, like you, watch what we do on GMTV and feel motivated and inspired to get slimmer, fitter and healthier. So remember Pete Cohen Keep Going.
I hope the ladies from inch loss island are still doing well, I'm looking forward to the next blog. I just want to thank them again as they gave me the incentive to start.
From a dietary point of few I am continuing to enjoy lots of delicious fresh fruit and vegetables and trying new recipes from Amanda's book. Following your tips of eating slowly and avoiding sugar and stimulants and feeling great. Trying to keep up with petecohen.tv which is very inspirational! Live the dream and good luck to everyone who is following the programme! x
