I am getting myself geared up to go through the 21 days again starting on the 11th December as my day one. Following the plan this way I will be going through day 15 on Christmas day and reaching New Years Eve on day 21 ready for day 1 again on 01/01/2012. My aim is to get to 21st of January without any significant weight gain. Any weight loss will be a bonus.
