How much time do I need to commit to the Weight Loss Programme?

We have created just under 3 hours of brand new content for you to help you on your Weight Loss journey but by making it immediately available to you as soon as you join, it is up to you to plan out how you engage with that material.

 

At the core of the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge Programme is a 120 day programme where you apply the principles from the online materials and use the tools and resources.

Can I follow this if I’m on medication or have health issues?  

The key principles of the Mi365 Weight Loss Programme focus on mindset and behaviour. While we recommend some dietary changes and some movement, there is not a set food plan or exercise regime. We do not ask you to fast, to put undue stress on your body or to take extreme measures at any time.

 

If you do have health concerns, however, it would be wise to ask your health care professional if the Mi365 Weight Loss Programme is suitable for you.

Are there additional materials I can buy to support my journey?
